2nd Annual GHS and LRHS Joint Boosters & GFCCE Golf Fundraiser
Our high school sports programs help students understand the meaning of sportsmanship, teamwork and dedication, skills that prove helpful in the classroom and in life. This spring, the GFCCE is once again coordinating with the local sports booster organizations to host the 2nd annual GHS and LRHS joint athletic boosters’ golf fundraiser. This fundraiser is a chance for you to help our student-athletes with funds for much-needed athletic supplies. Last year, thanks to your generosity, we raised over $4,400 in this community event and this year we hope to do even better.
When: April 20, 2013 at 8:00am
Where: Lockeford Springs Golf Course
How much: This year entry fees are only $90/person and includes lunch
What can you do to help?
- Sign up to play golf (foursomes, twosomes, and singles are welcome)
- Sponsor a hole on behalf of your department or a family business
- Donate a prize for our raffle (Anything people would enjoy winning, from a bottle of wine to a weekend at a time-share, or tickets to a special event, or another service/product you could donate for the cause!)
- Join us for lunch only
- Purchase raffle tickets, which will be available soon.
Sign-up forms are available on the GFCCE bulletin board at each work-site. Please send your sign-up forms to either sports booster organization. All proceeds will be divided equally between the two organizations.
